No problem just starting and going easy on it until the car is at operating temp. Even with e85 and speed density I have no problems driving bone cold in the morning not bad considering my driveway is a 15% grade hill

Since I don't drive in the winter, I'll speak for summer driving only. I typically start the car and give it a minute to warm up and get the idle down. Then take off.

My car typically sits for a week or two at a time...so a 4-5 minute warmup is a must for me.

Even if I drive the car on consecutive days...the minimum is 3-4 mins for me on a cold start.

I let mine warm up until I see 1 bar on my engine temps. Usually 3-5 minutes.

Ya I always let it warm up at least 4-5 mins. otherwise like these guys said the shifting is terrible. Your gonna burn up more fuel but it's worth not grabbing a frozen metal shifter!

In general with any car you are suppose to warm it up before you get going. It'll run wayy better. You'll feel the different.

Triple Carbon Plate clutches are a ***** to drive cold. I used to let mine warm up to 180.....now once it moves off 70 I drive but stay in vacuum until it warms up to 180 (I have a water temo gauge).
