Mudflap opinion/help
I ran the rally armor and I'll tall ya what.. I don't like them. They are way too rigid. If you don't use protective film behind them they wear through the paint on the rears.
i went with omp universal flaps. they come in a large size so you can cut them and punch the holes for your aplication. i like my flaps hanging low and the rally armour really dont go low enough for me. the omp flaps are really floppy too
you likely got more votes for the rally armour since it is the only one pictured that is installed. what you decided on may be functional, but aesthetically speaking, i am not so keen on it.
my choice? presuming they all do not accumulate debris in hard to reach, tight places behind it or at the mounting locations, the blacked out version would have been #1 since the CF version, being more stiff, will likely be more noisy.

I think you should also lift your evo an inch and put gravel tires on it. Thats what I'm gonna do when i can afford a dd evo. RR, lifted, mud flaps, skinny tires and transfer my plate that says MAKINEN over to it. definite win!
