Defi Boost Gauge Adjustment?

i have the Defi Link Meter BF boost gauge and the needle doesnt sit at zero when i turn the gauges on. it sits around 1/2 psi. i'm curious as to if this can be adjusted and the gauge can be zeroed out. i just want to make sure that my boost gauge is reading correctly rather than reading 1/2 psi than what it actually is.

Mine is the same way. When the car is off and you have the key turned to power the accessories, it reads 1/2 psi.

There is a ZERO out function for the Defi's. I don't remember it off the top of my head, check your manual or Defi's web site.

If it's a BF link, it should be able to be zeroed out, you just have to figure out how. It does the self test when it starts up, right?

Sorry for the delay, knew I had it some where.

If you are using 1st generation control unit

(1)Turn your ignition switch to "ON" (but do not start engine)
(2)Select your Turbo gauge to configure warning value (LED on Turbo
gauge
blinking fast)
(3)Press REC and PEAK switch same time more than 2 seconds.
(4)Finished learning Zero point.

If you are using 2nd generation (=Control Unit II) control unit

(1)Turn your ignition switch to "ON" (but do not start engine)
(2)Select your Turbo gauge to configure warning value (LED on Turbo
gauge
blinking fast)
(3)Press REC and DOWN switch.
(4)Finished learning Zero point.
