I have a 03 evo.My problem, the car would not start, the engine turn over but would not start. It started during the beginning of january when I heard a knocking noise on the engine. I thought I blew a head gasket so I open the valve cover and check for any coolant contamination. It wasn't. I put everything back together. I put the car into a ramp (the front end only) to check for any other leak. The car had been sitting in the garage for about two week coz of the freezing weather and haven't started it I put it up. I took it out of the ramp and tried to start it but it just keep on cranking but would not start. Any idea on what would be causing it not to start? I replaced the spark plug and charge the battery. Need help PLEASE!!!

 

check the new spark plugs and see if you getting spark if you are sounds like it could be fuel prob. can you hear your fuel pump running when you turn your key on. those are the 1st things i would check

 

His pump goes with Evoscan only.............. Maybe a relay or something?
