I have a white VIII and i have a sunroof. I got a black vinyl and it came out perfect. It was very easy to do and the reason i did it was because i can always take it off. I will get you a picture. I have a cf hood so it kinda matches the scheme. I had a white vortex generator but just got a cf one to match also, but later down the road, i can always change everything back

I bought it from somewhere here on the forums for ~50 bucks. I had the choice of gloss or satin black, i got satin and i that is the only thing i regret
Also, halfway through it the paper got wet so i had to cut it and start from the opposite side. I thought i was doomed but it turned out great

The guy i got it from is Don Nguyen (his name here on the forums) and provided me with these pages for instructions

Love the result
although I would prefer gloss over satin on my car. What's the size of your vinyl? Did it come with 1 big piece or several pieces? How would you rate the difficulties for installation on a scale of 1-10?
it was a 48x65" single sheet, i ended up cutting mine though. It was probably like a 6 out of ten. You just need two people and a lot of soapy water. It seemed harder while doing it, but it came out great
I think I might have to do this as well. It looks amazing. Which type of black do you have on the above car? Is that glossy or satin type. I'm on my Iphone so it's tuff to tell lol.
