i actually have to agree with him. this is one of the reasons my car sits most of the time. if it doesnt leave your house except for special occasions then you lessen the chance of some @$$hole like this doing that to your car. if you dont have another car, i understand, but like he said.... there will always be haters.... dont do something that may snowball into an ordeal that could possibly harm your evo.... i would be sad...

 

thats why i got out of the honda seen. to many haters and the cars all look the same. to many rice burners

 

I think that most owners of fun cars have to deal with haters from time to time. You hear the same types of stories from Porsche, BMW, Subaru, Evo etc. Part of the ownership experience! :-). Seriously tho I know how you feel. Even little things like trying to race you and cut you off or getting in front to block you are all types of hate.

It's weird one of my good friends owns a really nice top of the line honda accord, and he did a good job with mods, nice wheels, and an awesome silver paint job then had someone key it. I'm like wtf, seriously, I would think the honda guys would appreciate a nice honda like that. I mean I do, it has leather seats and everything, but then again he also owns a c6 vette so I guess they might be hating him for that or the fact that he raced them in the accord and pretty muched threw car lengths at them.

 

Yeah I know what you mean, I don't have another car, and its a car that I can take everywhere which I love, but my friend with the corvette drives his likes once a weekend maybe and thats a big maybe

Nope I'm sure, when I drive I'm very defensive, I'm always planning on where to move and how to avoid accidents and believe me its saved me on a few occasions. Almost got hit by a soccer mom in a van because she didn't see me in her blind spot, but I swerved to left just in time to avoid her and see her mouthing "sorry" to me. Not too long ago almost got T-boned by a brand new Buick because the dude didn't look both ways and rolled the stop sign I had to swerve left to avoid him and then back right to avoid oncoming traffic. All my friends in the car were like "lets bust a U and say something" and I'm like no its done and over with my car is fine n she did good

Pretty much I drive like grandma when I'm not racing (my friends can vouch for me there), theres a time and place to go fast. Trust me you'll like it when you never get pulled over or get tickets of any kind

 

dont trip, people hate on my new evo too hehe.
