Ask the store if they have a security camera on the lot. I doubt you would get anywhere by telling them the actual truth, maybe tell them your car was just damaged, you're filing a police report, etc.

 

I'm pretty sure they're were no cameras, usually there are cops at IHOP in the same parking lot, but spring break just started over here and the cops are too busy running around

speaking of cops I almost got pulled over today, someone pointed out that it must've been the honda that blew past me, n the cop thought it was me, I seriously thought I did something wrong when he came flying in the parking lot staring at me good thing I was already outta my car walking away
