so as a quick recap...my car has been out of commission for the last two weeks.

two weeks ago drivin on parkway it died, turns out that was the alternator...so i changed that yesterday along with plugs...oil....and a new j pipe to fix my boost leak issues..

so now no boost leak everything perfect...i turned the car on once let it run for a couple min..when i turn it off i hear a bubblin noise..sound like from under valve cover..but couldn't pin point it....

i turn car on and off again but it didn't happen again...so i didn't think to much of it..figure car was sittin for a few weeks....

but as i'm drivin..mind you car feels fine no issues...SES come on..i pull code and its p0128 dealing with coolant temps....

so i did a little research to find some people heard bubblin when they had blown hg...some reports say its thermostat or radiator cap..

so i did check dipstick..mind u i just changed oil and its all still clean as a whistle...i did have the normal white smoke while its cold and went away after....

so idk where to start really...anyone ever have this code?...should i change cap?

noone??...well guess for now i'll try the radiator cap..thats a cheap fix...clear code and see if it come back...before when i clear it it would come right back

Thermostat may be stuck or coolant temp sensor faulty as this code can be set from
coolant temp not rising soon enough.
