Over rev code p219

I'm having this issue where every once in a while my car throws an over rev code. It's not over revving and I haven't been anywhere close to redline. 4500rpm at the most. Didn't start doing it until after my motor was built. Anyone else have this issue or know a fix. The car runs fine most of the time. I'm not leaking any oil and nothing sounds off. When it throws the code I go into limp mode. Have to turn off the car then restart it and its gone. Below is a pic of my display when it happens

You are mixing up your codes. The over rev code is a hard code that you can't clear your self. Means you went over 8047 rpms at some point in the cars life. That stuff your are seeing on your HUD is an over boost condition. Means the car is boosting over 31psi and tripping limp mode. Go talk to your tuner before you hurt something or if you have a manual boost controller turn it down.......

when i check it with evoscan P0219 over rev is what I'm getting. I'm not even hitting 5 pounds of boost cause I'm trying to break in the motor. I'm very light on the throttle.
