ABS Codes: 13, 14 & 23

I recently got my car back and my Anti Lock light was on in my dashboard. Today I used this write up and grounded for codes:

http://www.lancerregister.com/showthread.php?t=422067

Codes:

13 Wheel speed sensor (RR) system (open- or short-circuit) 35B-8
14 Wheel speed sensor (RL) system (open- or short-circuit) 35B-8
23 Wheel speed sensor (RR) system 35B-8

Diag:

I'm up for suggestions, but here's what I intend on doing soon.
1) check to see if the line on the RR and LR are intact
2) check to see if the sensor on the RR and LR are intact
3) check to see if the line inside the car for the RR and LR are intact

After so doing, what is there left to do? Do the codes above imply that I must replace the RR speed sensor? Would a bad RR sensor throw off codes 13 & 14?

Thanks evom for your time and efforts. PM me if you have any advice or time to walk through over the phone.

Both are for the rear the rr sensor looks to be bad and the left one maybe just the wires. The fact both rear are messing up would make me pull out the service manual and track the wires back for both rear sensors. Might just have some ripped up wires somewhere.

13 and 14 are caused by broken wires or a faulty sensor. 23 is tripped when an open circuit is not found but no input is being received from the sensor, most likely causes for 23 are a bad sensor or a warped ABS rotor. If everything checks out you most likely have a bad ABS-ECU. The sensor should have an internal resistance of 1.24-1.64 K-Ohms

Received. Thanks guys. I'm jacking the car up tomorrow, and checking out for bad wires. Any advice concerning testing the sensors without shelling the 90 for each?
