Speed density = p141 code?

Long story short:

Attempted speed density install and were pushed for time which was a mistake first off. After putting on the OMNI 4 bar and IAT sensor, took 2 hours to figure out I had one of the bad 4 bar sensors that needed the wires switched. So switched back to the stock MAP sensor and left the IAT sensor hooked up. Now I'm throwing a p141 code and I have the resistor "mod" to keep the lack of the rear o2 hooked up from throwing a code. Why is it throwing this code all of a sudden? It will only come on during cold starts. When the engine is at operating temp and cranked up, no code. Only after the engine has cooled off.

Anyone have this problem or know why it's throwing this code all of a sudden?

We have to switch the 2 outside wires for the MAP sensor. I got one of the bad sensors where they mixed up those wires but after we get some time to tune it, it should be good!

Cool deal, good luck. Keep us posted, I've been entertaining the idea, esp since I pulled the screen out of my maf and its still got some transitional things that don't seem to want to tune out.

Well me and a friend finished the speed density setup and I love it. I also found out that the p141 code is coming from when I tapped into the heater wire for the o2 so I can log a/f's. So that's where the code is coming from. Now I need to find a way to eliminate it...

you tapped into the heater wire for the o2? to power a wideband or what? I'm not sure I completely understand what you did, iirc to log af's you tap into the signal wire for the rear 02, right?

no no no the code came after I pulled the singal wire from the rear o2 and replaced it with the wideband singal wire(datalog wire). Try the rear o2 sensor spark plug none fouler mod see if that helps, man do you listen when I talk sometimes geez j/k

we can put everything back to normal but you will lose the ability to datalog afr. Its wierd because I never even touched the wire for the rear o2 heater, I mean there not even on the same connector on the ecu.
