So i blew my headgasket and doing my 60k now that im here. My question to you gentlemen was which way does the idler pulley come off. In terms of which way does the bolt loosen. Ive tried traditional righty - tighty , lefty - loosey. But what i thought was the bolt giving was actually me stripping the thing. Any help? Help an evo get back on the road.

 

Got it loose. It is traditional right hand thread. DELETE
