Lately ive been noticing my windshield nozzles leaking fluid down my hood. But the other day while driving I noticed that when I got on the brakes to slow down, my nozzles would actually spray water as if I had pulled the lever (although not enough pressure to reach the glass).

Anyone have any idea what might be going on???
