Question Spark Plugs & Gap

Guys,

I'm looking to replace my plugs in my car... I'd like to know what type should I get, and where should the gapping be?

These are my mods: 3'' exhaust, with 3'' downpipe, and test pipe, Intake, upper/lower intercooler pipes, bigger intecooler, ECU flash, 255 fuel pump, evo 9 bypass valve... lo boost at 19psi and hi boost at 21psi.

Any imput will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

NGK BR7ES @ .026 should do fine for you. If you're not used to running copper plugs, know that they need to be changed often ... every oil change is common.

Every oil change? I've never heard of replacing spark plugs every 3,000 miles. That's ludicrous.

People replace them with every oil change because they foul easily.
