Evom Vendor

Need help I order a kit from one the vendor on this site in January. In April a receive half of the kit and they didn't know some of the part were missing! I call them and they said that part are on the ways will send you an email ! No email and no part at the house! I don't have no more patience and I need my timing belt kit!!! What should I do! They receive my payment in Jan I'm the customer and I'm getting treated like shyt

When did they say the missing parts were on the way? Did you call them and say you have not received the parts yet? Need more info here...

i believe 1 or 2 weeks ago! Told me that will send you an email with tracking number nothing from them!

Call them back and ask whats going on. After that pm a mod on here. Since Jan for a timing belt kit????

They are OEM mitsu parts and unless on backorder there is no excuse you could have just got them directly from mitsu or Russellm on here

done that ! I receive the belt but missing the water pump and oem tensioner!
Been on the phone almost every week! I miss the red line time attack b/c of them don't want take the chance of running the car. I feel like they playing with me, they didn't offer no compensation and been lying to me on the phone! I 've an email to the company president and nothing!!!
