Can the exhaust bolt up to a 3 inch test pipe or will I need to get the neck down section cut off?

Cut off. I have an exhaust with similar tone for sale and it doesn't have the neck down by where it meets the cat.

Says on their site that exhaust isn't full 3".

Can someone tell me how long the neck down section is so I know how long of a pipe/flange I will need? Thanks.

It's roughly 2"-2.5".

It will bolt on to a 3 inch test pipe.

Ok I put the exhaust on and its almost too damn quiet. I paired it with a megan downpipe and resonated test pipe. Has anyone cut the resonator off the exhaust and had positive results?
