Demon-Carbon-Fiber-Trunk aka Do-Luck Replica?

So I was browsing through websites, looking at c/f parts and I came across this. Anyone else think this is a Do-Luck Replica?

Yeah, it's ridiculous that the replica is almost as much as the real one.

ViS makes quality cf parts. I don't think they are ripping off anyone, a lot of knockoffs come from ViS products. I would say these two are competitors.

I'm not sure why the ViS needs hoods pins....?

bolded for utter absurdity VIS sucks

as for the pins, that's a disclamer for safety. all cf hoods/trunks are marked as needing pins, and for offroad use only because they aren't really DOT legal because they haven't been crash tested. They have to put that so if something happens you can't sue them.

VIS is crap, and so is Seibon. As for the Do-Luck EVO X trunk, there were a few (mostly BP automotive) *****ing and whining when knock offs started appearing on the market because they spent so much on R&D of a decorative trunk lid...pause for laughter...well I guess the customers/future customers of the trunk are happy the knockoffs are around because it made BP drop the price of the original overpriced piece by $300 lol. it's not as overpriced anymore.
