It was time for the next Evolution.

Scott at TTP uses the lastest technology in ECU Tuning, and he has the best Dyno model for that.

I know I sound wacky, but it is what it is.

John never went for a ride in my car in our long tuning relationship.

As he put it, he had tuned and had been in faster cars than mine, and there was no need for him to ride on my car, and that he should know how it would feel, literally.

What made me decide to end our tuning relationship was the fact that both times that my car was down and beign repaired, he never called me once to see how I was doing. The first time I was down for over 8 months, the second time for over 4 months.

So now you know part of the story.

Yeah, I think its definitely important to have a good relationship with your tuner. I know I want my tuner to care for my car the way I do. Glad TTP is treating you good.

Just kidding with you.

To make a long story short, I was one of the 1st. FP Green users in the US. Back them it was called the BR20GLT.
With a few parts and 32 psi of boost it made 445 whp and 440 tq. C16 Best track pass was 11.4 at 121.

Then I got one of the 1sts. FP Reds that were available from FP.
Still on the stock block that set-up made 538 whp and 490 tq. at 34 psi. Best track pass was 11.01 at 124.

My stock motor took a dump after I spiked the boost to 40 psi on a very cold night, low 50's.

After that, I did a very nice build with CP Pistons, Carrillo Rods, Cometic Custom Gaskets and many other stuff.

Any way, that set-up made 558 whp and 522 tq. on the FP Red. But it was having problems with a few things. It should have made close to 600 whp.

It never was taken to the track, or enjoyed for that matter. It blew up for X reasons I am not going to go into.

So I just got done with the set-up you see here.

That is my story in short.

One thing I would like to say again is:

Thank you Forced Performance (FP), for the great Turbos you make .

Manie

He did not build motor 3 times, just once and it was a killer set up.
