Thanks for the opportunity to work with you Manie. I hope this new setup brings you peace of mind everytime you start your car. If you need anything. You know how to reach us.
My VIII has been on and off the road a few times
.
But the good news is that it is back on road again
.
Some parts have been eliminated, changed, modified, etc. I think overall, the car has been improved.
A build motor is nice, but that only includes rods and pistons and machine work.
This time around, I did more things to the Evo than at any time before now.
So it is runing very good as a result.
Here are many pictures of the detail work that went into it, to make sure everything runs well. And some pictures of the car as it is now.

In Cabin Look. New addition of Oil Gauge

Re-doing some work on the inside and out

Paint Job of Bumper and Hood by Jeff and his Crew at The Recovery Room

Empty Engine Bay

The 80mm Red

Stock Block from TTP

Same Stock Block Bottom

Ported and Polished Intake Manifold, 950cc TTP Injectors

Ported Manifold Entry Port to near 70 mm

Ported and Polished Exhaust Manifold

ACT Clutch, Light Flywheel, and New Disk to handle tq.

Head Intake Side Ported and Polished. SI Stainless Steel Valves, Nitride Coated SBR

Exhaust Head Side, Ported and Polished. Supertec Dual Springs and Titanium Retainers

Turbo Exhaust Side, Ported and Polished on both, top and side.

Turbo Outlet side, Ported, Polished. Compare size of a stock bore turbo outlet Port

Scott changing my Timing Gears to a Higher Level

409 whp and 390 tq TTP Dyno May 2010

The entry into the Dyno at TTP, rain or shine

At TTP Dyno for a tune
Some other changes: Now using a single Walbro Hi Flow Pump, a thick Cossworth Head Gasket, New 950cc Injectors,
Transmission re-Done and Tranfer Case re-done by Pollo.
New ECU Tune by TTP Engineering for Pump Gas, now using Competition 272 Cams, Etc.
There is zero Lag on this set-up, and the boost does not drop much at all.
Over all, I am very happy with everything.
Here are 2 Dyno videos of the car:

Thank you very much Scott.
I am really happy with the car and your ECU tune
You did a fantastic job.
I received great personal service, and I am glad to have you as a friend and a Shop I can go to and feel right at home.
Veronica, the Cat and Sugar the Lab are also great to be around with

Thank you very much guys,
I didn't see you mention it, but why were your door panels removed?
I much rather assemble the engine and work on the rest of the stuff than do this door handles, lol.

Feels like we're long lost brothers. I can remember us both putting the FP Green on around the same time, and then the Red around the same time. My car is a Silver SSL car as well lol. Glad to see you're still in the Evo game! Good luck with your car!
It's also good to see TTP back again and producing some good results!
