Anyone know where I can get a good, cheap, short throw?

Like the title says, I want to get a short throw for my car. Only problem is the only ones I have been finding are $80-150. When I had my trans am I had a $30 short shift stick on it from ws6store.com and it worked wonders, does the Evo world have anything of similar comparison? I am not looking to get the whole shifter assembly, but more of a shorter stick and I cant justify spending $80 on a 6 inch stick of metal with threads on top.

Mines a $30 ebay special. Works 100%

Heck it even came with metal shifter base bushings at that price.

Take your stick and cut it and rethread it. FREE

That's not a true short throw though. And that's why those kits are so expensive.

lol no need to be scared I was the guinea pig and went ahead and got it!

But overall in my ebay short shifter experience I have had 0 complaints.

My first car a Civic I bought a $14 short throw off ebay, never gave me problems.

My Trans-Am I bought a $36 short shifter off ws6store and it worked wonders.

Now my Evoo I got the ebay special waiting to be put in!
