Front o2 Sensor

I was trying to remove the o2 sensor off the o2 housing but the housing is off the car now and it's really hard to get it in a stable position where I can try and torque the o2 sensor out. Would it be ok to use my impact wrench on an o2 sensor socket?

PB blaster and a vise that should do the trick, using a impact wrench should be fine

Alright I'll give the impact wrench a shot, unfortunately I don't have a vise in my garage probably should think about getting one

if the impact wrench dont work, put a box end wrench on it and hit it with a hammer, usually comes out 99% of the time

Yea sprayed PB Blaster already it's just that when I torque the o2 sensor the o2 housing is just by itself and I don't have a way to secure to something so it just moves, probably would have been better off having it on the car w/ the exhaust manifold bolted to the engine and then taking off the o2 sensor.

PB Blaster works for me and heat the cast iron around the sensor. This is the best tool to get those suckers out;

I think it would be easier to just heat it up with a blowtorch and hit it with an impact gun.
