e-brake and awd

is using the ebrake to instigate a powerslide a bad idea?
i was told never to do it in my wrx... so im wondering if its also a bad idea to do it in my evo...

if you had the ACD then no since it will dissengage the rear driveline when it see's that the e-brake has been pulled

but in US evo's? yea really really bad
