2004 MR Evo VIII on EBAY [MERGED]
A friend of mine ordered a DC5 from them. Supposedly he will get in May of next year, after it has been tested to make sure it will comply with safety specs here in the U.S.A. The guy from E.I. told him that since it was a test car he could only charge what he paid for it $18,500. He also needed to pay for the car fully before the end of the year. Sounded pretty fishy to me, but all he could talk about was getting an 03 I.T.R.

I'd considering buying an Evo when they bring the MR or FQ here, especially in that dark gray color.
I hope like hell he did not send them any $$$$$$!!!!!!! He will never see the car!!!! (unless he waits 25 years for it to actually be legal here)

I love how IE's feedback is 2, both for buying.. and one of them is for a pair of shoes.

lol, thats what I'm saying. Dont know if you want to put down 25000 on a car to someone who just bought a pair of shoes.... although, someone out there already has...
did anyone see that r1 spec wrx on ebay? i dont think its still there but that seller was reliable looking for purchase. This guy just looks like he took copies from a japanese/european magazine...
Yeah... I personally wouldn't order anything from Evolution Imports. The Vehicle Eligibility List was just updated in (October 2003) and there aren't any Mitsubishi cars added. It's just not going to happen. I have been watching this site for a year now... they do 2 updates a year. 3 at most. So this means another 6 months of waiting.

Hopefully EvoImports has at least winterized the Evo7 they ordered. Grease seals go bad, gas gets old. Cars are designed to run, not sit.
