Wierd Problem....Please Help!

Recently has some work done on my Evo8, and now the ACD lights in the console do not act correctly.

When I start the car, only tarmac is lit and I can press the button to change the mode.

After I drive for a while, all three lights come on simultaneously and stay on. Pressing the ACD button does nothing on the console, and I cannot tell while driving if the mode is actuall changing.

Also, the windsheild wipers would barely move even when on high.

So far, neither I nor the shop can figure out the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

We did try disconnecting the battery. Left it off for about an hour.

if all 3 acd lights come up then that means there is an issue with the awd system. it could be a number of issues like air in the system, sensor failure, pump failure, etc. i would suggest doing the easiest - bleed the acd system and see if there is air in it. with the wiper issue it might be the electrical gremlin. search for that and you should see some threads on how to fix that.
