ohhh i see, but from reading your post it seems that the pedal needs to be adjusted, BUT if the clutch still catches really high then its time for a new one

my clutch is an ACT also and ive had it about 2 years... mine was very low when it was 1st installed now its very very high, im gonna have it adjusted when i bring it in for work/tune... might need a new disc... i already ordered one thinking that after 2yrs its on its way out
