Question Help! Car won't start after belt changes.

I just put everything back together after replacing all three belts, and when I go to start the car, it cranks a tiny bit and then just rapidly starts clicking. Any input? I can't figure it out....

Sorry. You changed your belts without knowing how to set timing? Interesting.

Find yourself a manual or a mechanic.

Should of took it to the shop instead of thinking you could save an extra few bucks by doing it by yourself when you had no idea what you were doing.

Recheck timing....use manual or get someone knowledgeable.
Recheck if spark cables are installed correctly and not firing in the wrong sequence(kickback).......definitely check your timing.
do check you battery too. never know....

1HRS LABOR. ...SETTING TIMING IS EASY IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING. The issue you may have are valves being bent or head damage...

This could be something easy or requires a pro.

Not sure if the Ralliart is the same as the evo for checking timing. The marks are etched on to the valve cover.

it wold still start with bent valve it would just run like ****,unless there all bent which realy never happenes,i would look more it the starting circuit,ie battery or starter, turn your lights on and crank the car over if the ights go out you have a bad battery gehtto way of checking it,or just hook up jumper cables and try starting it,
good luck and everyone makes mustakes when there new to turning wrenches
