left hand drive evo vii?

Also the JDM VII and VIII's weigh about the same, I've weighed both to compete in Autocross. The VII weighd 3186lbs and the VIII weighed 3206, I may have had 20 lbs of **** in the viii though!!!

So no big difference. I'm not quoting web numbers either, actual weights taken.

check your import laws, you might be able to import one from japan. the US is much more strick on what is allowable.

i duuno now i cant decide :P real hard to find a gsr evo 7 that hasnt been touched, for the record i think the one in the movie was gay ( actually it was an oz rally with a complete evo vii conversion, tail lights give it away). im looking into the 8's aswell.

i would rather a LHD vii, might be a bit different to get used to right hand drive, gear box and everything is the same

I don't know what market they are made for, but a friend of mine used to own a yellow 2002 GSR that was left hand drive. He bought it down in Florida sometime in 2003. Sold it to a local and I have not heard much about it since. It is to bad, I did a **** ton of work on it.

Dent Sport used to have some pictures of it on their website awhile back. Car was very nice and low miles when he sold it.

What model VII did you have? GSR, RS2, RS? I've been trying to weigh mine for a while but it just hasn't worked out yet in my favor. I'm expecting it to be rite around your weight though so its good to have a more solid number in mind.
