once your off stock turbo, your gonna need something bigger then stock
if your running meth you can get away with a smaller injector size. id say 850's for that setup, but it also depends on how far you plan on pushing the car. if your going all out, go 1000cc's

I went from stock injectors to FIC 850's while still on the stock turbo, then stepped up to the 1000's when I got a smokin' hot deal on them. I was not planning on upgrading anything again but that has all changed. LOL Large turbo necessitates larger injectors . . . again. If you are planning on making more upgrades later on I would just go with the 1000's now.

My set up is as follow. Fpred ported 80mm, ported exhaust mani and tb, ams fmic, kelford 272 cams, map o2 dump, head studs, supertech springs, tru boost controller, meth kit. So then 1000cc would be best for this set up? Maybe in the future I would do a stoker kit and bigger turbo but for now I'm sticking with this formula.

just remember that injectors are like hand gernades, you only have to be close, not exact

Might as well get the 1000s to start with. Why spend the extra cash to step up incrementally to the 850s?

because you cant just run a huge injector on a setup that doesnt need it. its not like you can put 1600cc injectors on a stock car and everything will work right. the only injectors you can get away with that are the ID2200's, but they arent your everyday injectors and im sure you can see that by the price of them

This is definitely true, but if you're thinking of making the kinds of upgrades that will eventually require 1000+cc injectors, you'll be careful to consider the ECU tuning requirements, too.
