How do i fix my car from shuting off with the ac is on, when rolling to a stop, and pressing in the clutch and letting the car out of gear at just above 1000 rpms?
i have my fp4r cams idling at 1200 rpm. My car has been through a boost leak test and has no leaks. I am on speed density with stock ecu.

my car does it to man and i just turn off the AC and roll the windows down. im running S2 cams, 1450cc Injectors, E85, and an english tune(i have alot more then this done to my car but im not going to list it all). Im sure ur idle just needs to be turned up a touch. I know thats my problem.

Do you know why the car will shut off when the ac is on? Also do you have issues sometimes with the car not wanting to the start up in the morning when its hot out or when its cold out?

yeah i know why my car does it, it's because when my AC turns on it drops the RPM's to low and the car dies. it does it when i turn on my fog lights to and it's because my RPM's drop to low. it's just a combo of large cams and low idle ect...
What is your idle set at and what do you need to set it at to elimnate the car shuting off with the ac on?
my idle is set at around 900-1000RPM's. I would recommend have a shop (unless u can do it, but i would think that if u could u would have already) retune your car and set the idle higher for u or maybe change ur A/F ratio at idle. That should fix the issue. all it really is, is that when your AC kicks on it pulls the motor so hard that the ECU doesn't have time to react in time to raise the idle.

My idle is set at 1150 with the ac off. I do not want to adjust it through the biss screw any higher, i dont want my cold start to be messed up. I would rather have my tuner do it through ecu. I think im going to have my idle raised to 1350-1400. it's a little high, but i dont think i can live with the summer heat without ac and be happy.
