what is the most boost you would want to make on this step up and how much power can I expect? It also has all the other supporting mods for the fp red like 880 injectors and pump , ect, but stock intercooler.

Do you already have the FP Red? If not, you may want to upgrade the IC before going with the red. Are you going to run meth injection or anything like that?

^^^ Ditto, I would get the IC first. Thats what I did. FP red is still in the garage. I bought the IC after the Red, but didnt want to install the red until the IC was ready and in place. It's also nice to get tuned with everything you intend to use on that set up so you dont have to keep spending money on tunes.

most of my customers get 430awhp on 93 octane with well prepped FP red setup that has no mechanical issues and good supporting mods (fuel, fmic, cams, exhaust etc...) stock cams are likely going to hold it up somewhat. Stock FMIC is going to hold it up some too.

to get the best numbers, you have to use the best parts, cutting corners hurts the power

Local here made 420hp. on stock IC. Not sure if thats with/out cams. If he had none then that number is probably from a dynojet.

that's pretty good even if it is a dj. was this in cold weather? I could see that helping the stock FMIC considerably.

I do have all supporting mods if you didn't read. cams, intake, dp, o2 housing exh, uicp, licp, injectors, fuel pump, ect. so the only thing not upgraded is the intercooler.
400hp at 25 psi possible or more?

You spent all that money for most of the supporting mods why wouldn't you spend just a little more to remove an obvious bottleneck?

long story. not the way I would have done it. Just trying to work with what I got right now. I usually would have done the intercooler a long time ago.
