I am putting a fp red on my 05 evo and was wondering if the arc box will fit with the bigger surge port and hose for the inlet of the turbo?

No, you will need to run a different pipe from the ARC box to the turbo. You could also just get rid of that intake, it is overpriced and can be outperformed by lower priced intakes. FP makes a good intake for the 84mm surge port, and there are a few other companies who make a solid aluminum intake pipe for the turbo.

ARC intake boxes do little for you. It's more of a bling piece. So your not really missing out on anything. Your actually doing your self and car a favor.
