The above picture would be an exhaust manifold and o2 housing, not headers. Back to your original post- backfire is quite normal and like stated your just running rich in between shifts which never hurt anyone.

what they would be called on any other given car is (headers) and i wasn't referring to the o2 housing, but good thing you let everyone know kus they would have never of known what they were...

Pretty sure you said our cars have headers, someone called you out, and you in turn posted a picture of what you thought were headers (which were not). And not sure why your saying, "on any other given car." Turbo cars don't have headers, NA cars do, get your facts straight.

Why do people say its bad to run a vta BOV??? i was looking at getting a Turboxs RFL and they said its bad for the evo? i have an 05 evo 8. help please. is it bad or will it be ok if i buy it?

Because your car has a MAFT and it essentially counts the air coming in from the intake. The ecu determines how much fuel is needed based on this reading. When you vta your getting rid of air that the ecu thinks is still in the system and adds the adequate amount of fuel, which is now making the car rich in between shifts. You can avoid this by recirculating your bov or running speed density and ditching you maft. Hope that is helpful.
