getting into an evo

hey guys new to the forum. looking at getting into an evo around October. the car im looking at is a 2009 Evo 9 SE its graphite Grey with very low kilometers only 24000!!! not really loking to heavily modify it, just basic things exhaust, downpipe, BOV, maybe headers and definatley a clutch im looking at some lowering springs also since the stock bilstiens are awesome also i love the look of the rota p45r. anyway wondering what basic maintenance is on these like kilometer wise. i know the timing bels has to be done every 60000k should i just do everything right off the bat or just hold off? here is the link to it

I would wait until 60k for the timing belt. But if it were me I would do the oil, transmission and rear diff right off the bat

if its in kilometers the timing belt doesnt have to be done til 96k i believe but in miles its 60000miles.
there is a maintenance schedule sticky in this section at the top in both kilometers and miles.
