Evo Problems Please Help

Ive tried to educate myself as best as possible but am still looking for some answers so any advice/info would be much appreciated. Ive been after this evo for a couple months negotiating and what not. One thing we wanted to get done before purchasing the car was have it inspected to make sure we werent getting ourselves into any hidden issues. At the local mitsu dealership they found the following : Front wheel well lines not fully secured, left axle replaced (how much of an issue is this?) the owner claimed he knows nothing of this but he was involved in a minor accident (carfax backs this up), Front transfer case seeping (This definitely scared me) the mechanic seems to think since it was only a small leak it was most likely a gasket that needs replaced, Intake not fully secured, slight pull to left, and vibration over 60 mph. The owner agreed and the dealership backed up that the tires need to be replaced, they are considered dangerous at this point. I am hoping that is what is causing the vibration and the slight pull to the left. As far as the transfer case and all other issues can you guys please shed some light on it for me? Would you completely stay away from this car or if he gets the issues fixed get it? Any help would be great. thanks

I would try to get the current owner to have the problems fixed and probably an alignment, but I doubt he would do that since he can probably sell the car to someone less careful than you. If not, then I would look elsewhere rather than inheriting someone else's problems.

T-Case & Tires are your most crucial..axle replaced is good, it's new...the rest shouldn't be too much trouble to fix.
