Any regrets going from an sti to evo?

Just wondering about those of you who have come from an sti and are now in an evo, if you have regrets?
I had an evo ix then sold it to get into the Sti SE ( spec c suspsion). To be honest i was happier in the evo ix, and am thinking of going back or possibly trying out the evo x which im not to sure about. Any thoughts?

I have had 2 Sti's. 05, 06. I tried several suspensions on them, including the expensize kw variant 3. My 05 sti I had a FP green installed. Let me just say, I purchased my IX MR 3 weeks ago. I was blown away how much more fun it was to drive than a Stock Sti. It handles so much "tighter," and it feels so much better. I have since added springs, tbe and a tune and am loving it even more.

I road raced my 05 sti and getting beat with Evo's that had their stock Turbo. After every Car and Driver/Top Gear video I always thought that a rear sway bar added to the Sti and the cars would handle the same. Not true, I love how my Evo handles and cannot wait to get it to the track! Love the MR 9 Seats!!!

you need to search...plenty of threads on this heavily debated topic

I personally went from a 2005 sti to a 2006 ix mr to a 2010 x gsr

either evo over the sti hands down across the board

the only two things I miss exhaust note and subaru standing more behind their product

please search
