MIVEC not working?

Arrow MIVEC not working?

what would cause MIVEC not work? i feel like im driving an evo with a 35r on it, takes forever to get going. boost leaks are taken care of btw

If the solenoid is disconnected it won't work. Passenger side rear of the head, there is a gold solenoid sticking out of the head with a plug. Make sure it is plugged in.

Find someone that can log mivec for you to see if it's working or not. Might not be your problem.

i have an SES light, which just might be causing a limp mode, my car used to spool up about 700rpms faster at least before. the code is there for a sensor that was replaced but wont go away

solenoid is plugged in, just checked today
