I ran 31.5 with e85 on my stock IC... Heatsoaked pretty bad after 3 races back to back in 90 degree weather but for a run or two or just to play around it was fine... 25 psi is no problem for it.

The oem fmic can support what people mostly tune their stock turbos on 93 at, about 24psi. A larger 3.5" fmic will benefit you and reduce temperatures and reduce risk of knocking. I would suggest getting the fmic before the tune along with a better licp.

Stock IC is not very psi specific to a certain degree. You can crank the boost and be ok with the stock IC but the more boost the more heat and the more it will become heat soaked in some conditions. With your mods the IC could wait for sure.

i could tell you with those mods you have right now i had the same mods and put down 316w/317 ft-lbs. i wouldnt recomend buying a FMIC right now with your mods, but if you are gonna buy one you could go with an ebay FMIC they fit like stock and flow just as well, ETS is pretty affordable

Has anyone actually logged or recorded any temps to prove that their ic was heatsoaking?

I know when my car was on the dyno at STM for my last tune, the car was fine up to 25psi. once it was up to 26 it started to heat soak and my graph was really wacky. turned it back down and it was fine
