battery terminals

so im not sure if im the only one, but seems to me Mitsu termials arent the best, but would a cracked terminal connected to the battery possibly cause a CEL?

No, not if its still completing the circuit and not shorting against a ground.

I've never had a problem with my cables.... Althought it wouldn't hurt to replace that funky junction block with something more sturdy, buy a little extra wire and do I smell a battery relocation coming on?

i know what the code is, im just trying to figure out any possiblity of why its there. everything else has been looked over multiple times.

P0365 yes. kelford 272's ive been posting on here about it searching for an answer

P0365 is the exhaust cam sensor.

it actually comes up intake camshaft position sensor bank 1 circuit B

Well, have you had occasion to have the wiring apart that connects to this sensor? If so, I'd suggest pulling the plugs apart again and checking for a bent pin or something. Otherwise, you may need a new sensor.
