Tune required after 60k service???

I THINK I remember hearing that after the 60k service you need a tune. Now I personally feel like I wouldnt but I could be wrong.

No. Not unless you were changing the timing with adjustable gears.

It would not be a bad idea to get the tune freshened up, assuming you have a custom tune. But no, you do not NEED a tune after a 60k service

oo okay cool thanks for the answer really appreciate that. i was told that if you do the 60k service getting a tune would give you a better respond due to changes. but then again theres retards in this world that dont have a clue of what there talking about.

why mod the car if youre not going to tune? when i added my fuel pump i had to adjust my fuel map almost a full point for WOT. help your car out and get the thing tuned i would bet that it is all out of wack with a tbe, intake, and walbro

You can buy a cable and have it tuned remotely. Many tuners will do that and then it's on your schedule, which is convenient too.

i tuned myself, i also paid a known tuner on here and was very unhappy with him and the way he set my tune up so i wasted $175 and several years ago when email tuning came out i paid another known tuner $70 which was an awful tune. so imo i wasted $245 for tunes i was not happy with at all and ended up running my own
