What did I break??

Sitting at the drive thru for taco bell this morning i heard an odd noise, was praying to god it was the 89 prelude in front of me... But he left and the noise stayed.

It is a metallic ringing/vibrating sound... at first i thought it may be a loose washer from the mud flaps i just installed the other day, but they are snug tight.

I popped the hood and could not hear it from there, it sounds like it is coming from the driverside wheel well, my lugnuts are good and the mudflap is secure - it also seems that if i have the clutch depressed the noise is non existent, only noticed at idling,... im praying it is just because it is so cold... any ideas?

yeah it is an exhaust leak for sure, bolt is missing so only 1 is connecting it to the test pipe -

the bolt flying out must have been what i heard on the freeway this morning clanking around...
