I understand what he is going thru...
First of all, yes you can get a key made without the car being brought into the dealer, you need proof of title, once you have that then you can have the keys cut, but that won't do you any good, because, the keys have an immobilzer chip, its actually an RF ID chip, Radio Frequancey Identification chip, the car has a computer that the chip has to be programmed to. So good luck, if you do not have a mitsubishi dealer in Poland, or someone that has a Key Coder your going to be...**** outta Luck.
and I also deal with iaai, I have bought several cars from them, and most of my cars came with keys even though the site says no keys, so, Martin has the car been delivered to your friend yet? the keys might be in the car, by policy when a car gets into a wreck, the insurace company asks for two things before they pay out, title, and keys... if you want me to help, put your friend in contact with me, I may be able to help, I may be able to get the keys for you from my local dealer, I have a few dealerships that I deal with frequently... I can order the keys and get them cut for you...

Thank's.
I have Mitsubishi dealer in PL, as I said before so I can easily programme this key in Mitsu Poland. It is not a problem. Problem in Poland is to get a key because they don't want to make anoter key with VIN number and cut it, they want to change all locks in car and other things which is expensive and give me than new key.
So I have title and there shouldn't be any probleme with making another key within VIN number to my car and then in Poland programme immobilizer chip in Mitsubishi Poland.
Thank's for help.
MartinPL's EVO

Thank's. I am not a thief.
Price wasn't too high so I decided to buy this car.
There are no big damages, of course I must change hood, front, but I think intercooler is ok. Radiator I think is broken and I must change airbags but it is not a big problem.

I don't think the intercooler is any good, well if you don't mind one that is bent and looks like crap, I would not reuse anything damaged, look at the first picture, you can see the IC is pinched between the bumper crash bar and the Radiator.. so start looking for an intercooler.. too bad that AMS IC was nice..

Hey, never said you were a thief. Doesn't take a thief to buy a stolen car.
