Glad you got the car and decided to have it looked at. Very wise move. I don't want to cast aspersions on anyone's expertise, so I'll just say that STM is the Evo shop in the area...putting it mildly. Good luck.

I've run the Hankook iPike on my Legacy 5MT the last two years, they were great. The car was a billy goat, it could climb up out of anything (It does have 4:11 gears front and back... that suprised me, those are steep ratios)! I've also had good luck with Wintermasters on my 300M.

They're underrated cars. In '02, the Special was created with factory HIDs, lower cladding, 18" wheels, etc. It was also rated the most reliable American car in that year (although mine was assembled in Ontario). Love their look still, I think it's the prettiest car I've ever owned.

Supposed to be 70* tomorrow. I'm genuinely thinking about playing hooky from work and taking the IX to the hills at the south end of the lake.

Best advice I've heard in a minute. I don't like surprises. Thanks again.

That looks really good.

I have a hard on for the Blue mitsu uses.

Every blue evo I see looks so much better than my silver one.
