hey evo m, so my motor is at the shop for final assembly and i get a call about an hour ago about the Check Bolts having been removed from the crankshaft.

The mechanic tells me he has never seen this done before and that i could possibly need a new crankshaft. Meanwhile i dont have a clue what these things even are!!! Any feedback/input would be great!


Please help me out guys. this is really urgent!!!

very curious to know WTH he is talking about also. Crankshafts don't have bolts in them and they are bolted in by the main caps/girdle so please enlighten us if you figure out what he's referring to.
