After Market Motor Mounts (HELP)

So I have a general question, I been looking around for motor mounts for a while because mine are pretty much doodoo and I came across "Avid Billet Motor Mounts for the Evolution 8/9". Thing is I have a 2006 Evolution 9 MR 6-speed and I keep thinking to myself there has to be something that's got to be different on the motor mount set up. Is there a difference between the Evolution MR on the set up or is it just the same for the Evo 8/9. If there is a difference could someone let me know? I know its a noob questions because everyone has probably converted to 5 speed .

It's the same brother. To be honest, I would only do the front motor mount. I went with the Blox front mount and I absolutely love it. Little more vibration when you take off, but it helps so much. Your stockers are fine. David Buschur is still runing his stock mounts as well. But def do the front motor mount by blox. Light weight, and is perfect.

so there isn't any extra mounts on the transmission? because the one i was going to purchase from a member the 4 piece set then i did a little research and on this site (http://www.roadraceengineering.com/evo.htm) it said "please state is 6-speed transmission" so right away i assumed there had to be something different

on this site: http://www.roadraceengineering.com/evo.htm
then it listed:
3 mount kit- Front timing belt side transmission side

I know the motor mounts are the same, but i'm not sure about the tranny mount.

well i figured id get all four because i found a really good deal on them. Only reason i want to replace them is because it seem the engine lifts between shifts and it feels like a motor mount is shot if not the front definitely the rear. i feel the pain of the car in the shifts and this is not a slamming gear shift its a normal shift from about 3k in every gear... ITS A TERRIBLE FEELING LIKE GETTING KICKED IN THE NUTS..

check your mounts to see if there is any tears in the rubber. best to just replace the front mount and see how you like it. if you don't then just go replace all the mounts

The front engine, passenger side and rear engine roll stopper are the same on 5-speed or 6-speed but the trannsmission mount itself IS different.

I run the Powerflex side and front inserts which are 80 durometer I believe. The side inserts are identical and fit in either the 5 or 6 speed mount. The front is a seperate part # as with the rear.
