Question Suggestions on a clutch for IX MR?

My cars been acting up lately. When I accelerate my rpm jumps up 1k and drops back down and then starts to go. Does anybody know whats wrong?

If its the clutch slipping like most guys are tellin me, which one do you guys recommend for a DD? I dont have major mods just a buschur intake filter and planning to get a Greddy Ti-C TBE and a Titek Turbo Outlet. I do race for fun but nothing crazy. A clutch for a DD but still reliable to be able to have fun and launch once in awhile.

yep sound like a slipping clutch, for DD the ACT will get the job done, but this clutch has been proven to have high RPM lockout when you launch it and take it to the track. There are also other people recommend like Exedy and Competetion clutch

Choosing a clutch depends on mods, what you do with the car and how much $ you want to spend.

Are you modded? Do you race?

ACT if you want something decent with a low price tag. They have several models, so you can decide on which is good for your power level.

So there's no "lock out" on this setup?

not if it's installed properly on a car with a stock redline (I say this because that's how my car is setup). I've never had any issues with it. the Exedy stage 1 I had gave me 13 kinds of hell with lockout, and didn't even last as long as the stock clutch, and it saw LESS abuse.
