Gotta love the fact that you made that thread 3 weeks ago and you've already put 2k miles on the car

Is it really his car 221k miles ? If so, that's some awesome mileage on the evo. I would love to see my car with that much mileage.

Yes it is. He has documented it in other posts. He did rebuild the motor just recently though.

To the OP IIRCC someone mentioned that a faulty camshaft position sensor caused them some of the problems you mention. Cheap thing to try. Your results may vary though.

As others have said bump the values in ISCV i had the exact issues, **** i even had stalling issues without the AC on, but here are my values for reference,

Desired ISCV Initial Step the last 2 values are 65 55

My target idle with AC on is 1070 which is the same as my target normal idle too, i dont get stalling anymore with AC on

Clarification though guys, the target RPM's tables does that actually make the car idle at that specific RPM or is that just wat the ECU is targeting and its actually the ISCV table that makes it idle up or down depending on values?

To answer your question the ISCV steps actually work in conjunction with the target idle to achieve the end idle result.

Hey I've been thinking - you can try my tables and/or just bump ISCV tables for AC up by 2. That should also fix the issue.

Try both. It's not going to break anything. Only thing it will be changing is how it idle's.

If for some reason this doesn't work you can always back the BISS screw in the throttle body out a turn, but leave that till later.
