+1 for English Racing, or if you live on the Eastern side of the state and want to drive the other way, DB Performance and MAP in Minnesota are amazing shops with very knowledgeable tuners.

A remote tune is also a good option to look into.

I will agree with losing the UTEC. Back in the day, the UTEC was a great option, but now we can do amazing things with the stock ecu. All the UTEC is gonna do is cause some driving irregularities due to it being a piggy back.

+1 lose the utec and mail your stock ECU to mellon tuning or dynoflash. There are alot of threads on email reflashes.

English Racing FTW.

Call them up. They actually have a Dyno Day on Nov 20th. Look on NW Forums for more info...

Cant go wrong with English Racing... Aaron is one of the defacto mivec tuners in the country. He goes by JohnBradley here (or something close to that)...though I still have never figured out why he goes by that name here..

I was wondering that when I noticed an Evo at the shop with a sticker saying What would john bradley do?. I guess he was one of the six men who took part in raising the Flag on Iwo Jima in WWII. Anyways, not to thread jack on my first post but +1 for English Racing. I was there last Friday for the first time and I can't say enough good things about Aaron's handy work. Just if you get there first thing in the morning let him finish his coffee before you have him work on your car

When it comes down to it, Aaron and Lucas and the rest of the guys at ER for that matter are just good people who honestly want to build kick *** ****. Look at the turbo quads, Sand Talon, 1000hp Sand truck, 9 sec HTA68 powered 1g, etc... that they build and run every week.

Those guys just live for building anything crazy.

I used to live in MT, but moved to WY about 1.5 years ago.

When I got my evo tuned I was in MN visiting my family, and went to MAPerformance.
They are great guys there. Very knowledgeable, and have the best price out there on parts.

Now that i'm back home, I will head south to Denver, and proboablt go to Tobz performance. They specialize in 4G63 and I have heard lots of good things from them.

Where in MT are you?
