Blew something at the track... another stock block done :(
Its ok man you gotta pay to play lol, just sucks i just really want to get it back to the track and run my 10 second pass, i think im gonna throw some L19 headstuds in while im in there as well, thats if its the head gasket...
Did a compression test yesterday and didn't come out to well it was around 150 for 3 of the cylinders and next to nothing in the 4th cylinder, so the motor will be rebuilt back to stock specifications or a new low mileage bottom end will be thrown in. Car will be put back to stock and in perfect working condition as this is one of the nicest red evo 8s I have ever seen. I did a lot of TLC after I bought it for just little interior stuff, so the car is in tip top shape for an 03 evo 8. I love the car but having two modified evo's is just to much to deal with right now with school. My next evo will be white rs down the road.
Little update on the situation, me and my buddy tore down the motor and found that there was a huge hole in my piston! ill provide pictures when i get back to FL. Now i need to get my block bored .20 Over which sucks cuz i wanted to build my silver car but looks like thats not going to happen!
