Check your belts to see if they have any cracks.

Does not sound like a belt issue at all to me imo. Did you shut it off and verify the oil level is ok? Sounds like lifter noise to me.

Seriously. I had a cracked belt on my focus and the rhythmic ticking sounded like that. Although if you hadn't checked the oil level by the time you'd taken the video I hope you payed attention to TommiM.
