why buy performance products to make more horsepower or suspension upgrades if its a street car? your argument can go both ways buddy.

I dont run a rear crash beam on mine. whats the point really? they would only do little protection for speeds under 10mph. pointless above 10mph. evos in japan dont run them from the factory...so i assume it wont hurt if i dont.
IDK MAYBE BECAUSE IT'S A OUT OF THE BOX PERFORMANCE STREET CAR!!! WHAT KINDA NOOBISH QUESTION WAS THAT...

You can get them brand new for 800 shipped all day. If you pay that much its your own fault

Exactly, OUT OF THE BOX. Meaning you dont have to do anything to it as it will perform as is. I see you are sippin on some haterade. Who are you to judge someone for altering their car?
He wants opinions on a bumper, not judgments.

Just read a post on how you re did your headlights..WHY? You spent money on something that gives you absolutely ZERO performance. exactly how much HP will that give you, how much sec's of your time? You could have saved that money and bought a few bottles of octane boost

post some pictures

OP. you will not regret getting the oem piece once you hold it in your hands. you can never be certain on what you get when you buy a replica so just think about that for a few days before you make your decision.

You will end up spending the same amount if not more then a oem jdm bumper.
Good paint job will not be cheap and more then likely a body shop might have to do some alterations to get it to fit nice which will cost $$$

i know of 2 people that went that route. First guy saved 20$ all said and done. Second guy wan't so lucky and spent an extra 50$ getting the body shop to make it fit.

Save up and buy the real thing.

Dont forget that that 270$ doesnt include shipping. On their website it says it will be 175 to ship. So thats 345

Talking about the added cost with the modified crash beam. Can't remember exactly how much they were but it wasn't cheap.

Yeah $1,000 for a jdm rear would be crazy.

The crash beams are roughly $300. There is a thread in the How To section that tells you how to modify your own, which is what i did and it turned out perfect

lmao... this post is full of fail... it means u actually took the time to look at threads that i've started to make a statement that proves my point exactly...

If u read the thread then u know that i re-did my headlights because they were faded and sun damaged... And i did them MYSELF so i wouldn't have to spend over 900+dollars on JDM Headlights just because it was "JDM" or to make the car look "100000x" better when i could spend about $30 and do it myself...

He asked a open question for all to give there input... i gave mine... end of...
